Full and student registration includes scheduled presentation in the workshop program, food and beverage at welcome reception (Sunday), breakfast and coffee breaks (Monday-Wednesday), and one admission to workshop banquet-luau (Monday evening).

At least one author from all presentations (talks and posters) must register for the presentation to be included in the Workshop program.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
Cancellations may be emailed to [email protected] no later than October 10, 2018, 11:59pm CT. You will receive a full refund less $100 for processing charges. After October 10, 2018 no full registration refunds will be given. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. The refund, minus the $100 processing charge, will be issued after the substitute's registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
